Hilarious! Girl Does The Ice Bucket Challenge After Her Wisdom Tooth Is Removed

Posted in: , ,

When Meghan Waterman came home from the dentist, drugged up and still with a bloody mouth, she wasn't deterred from doing the Ice Bucket Challenge she had planned to do that day. Her mother was out, and this was her best chance to do something for charity.

She ended up pouring the water on her body, but the most hilarious thing about the video is her slurred speech, what she says, and how she acts. Though the blood!

See the video below...

Firefighters Get Electrocuted in Ice Bucket Challenge Fail

Posted in: , ,

Another #ALSIceBucketChallenge has gone badly wrong, as four firefighters had to be hospitalized for electric burns and shocks after going too close to electric lines.

The two closest to the power line, Captain Tony Grider, 41, and Simon TA. Quinn, 22, had to be airlifted to the University of Louisville Hospital where they are being treated in the hospital’s burn unit.

Two other fighters were shocked by electricity coming down the vehicle’s ladder, Captain Steve Marrs, 37 and Alex Johnson, 28.

Grider remains in serious condition, but Quinn’s status has been updated from serious to fair.

Charles Novia, Joselyn Dumas, Yvonne Nelson Denounce #ALSIceBucketChallenge By African Celebs

Posted in: , , , ,

When I posted about the Nigerian celebrities jumping on the wagon of the #ALSIceBucketChallenge here, I expressed surprise that not one of them thought to create a challenge for Ebola awareness, Cancer, or any cause of their choice. Rather, it was copy copy all the way.

Now some of their colleagues are speaking out. And their complaints range from lack of drinking water in Africa, to reminders of real African diseases that need charity funding.

Yvonne Nelson, Charles Novia and Joselyn Dumas have slammed the lack of introspection that made stars like Genevieve Nnaji, Don Jazzy, Peter PSquare, Davido, and Iyanya, take part in the #icebucketchallenge.

Floyd Mayweather Cannot Read? Radio Station Provides Evidence After 50Cent's Challenge

Posted in: , , ,

Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather may have more money than he knows what to do with, but it seems to be common knowledge that he can't read very well.

First, 50Cent took to Instagram yesterday and challenged Floyd Mayweather, [who has a special woman bathe him every morning here] to a special version of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

50Cent asked Floyd Mayweather to read one full page of a Harry Potter book in exchange for a $750,000 donation to charity, and many who were in on the joke laughed. A lot. The idea of 50 going to such great lengths to troll Mayweather was hilarious.

But now, Rado Station, Power 105's "The Breakfast Club" may have just taken the joke a bit too far, by providing some evidence of Floyd's struggles to read. He won't be a happy man I can tell you.

Nigerian Celebs Do The ALSIceBucketChallenge - So Genevieve Nnaji Is Such A Diva?

Posted in: , ,

Nigerian celebrities have joined the ‪#‎ALSIceBucketChallenge‬. It's a fun trend, but because it was so American, I was thinking someone would modify it? Like pour hot water instead of ice, just joking o...

Seriously though, couldn't one of them create a challenge for Ebola awareness, Cancer, or any cause of their choice. But so far, it's copy copy all the way.

The first I watched was of Genevieve Nnaji, uploaded by another blogger, whom as it turned out had done the ice water pouring. And it struck me that Gene threw a tantrum when the water was thrown, not because of the cold, but because she was not ready! SMH... I didn't know she was such a diva.

She later laughed over it sha when she posted the clip. See it below...

When The Ice Bucket Challenge Goes Wrong - #IceBucketChallenge

Posted in: , , ,

First, we saw Bill Gates develop a pulley system to do the challenge after he was tagged by Mark Zuckerberg who did it the old fashioned way. Then there was Oprah and other African American celebrities. On a sad note, we read of the man who died of a heart attack after doing the challenge.

But this is the funniest post about the #ALS #IceBucketChallenge, believe me.

From people falling down because their buckets are too heavy, to the buckets falling down and bashing them over the head, there's that and more cases of the Ice Bucket Challenge going wrong.

Enjoy and get some laughs :)

Ice Bucket Challenge - Anna Wintour Accepts Daughter @beeshaffer's #ALS #IceBucketChallenge

Posted in: , , , ,

Anna Wintour just accepted her daughter @beeshaffer's #als #icebucketchallenge, and the style and fashion community are going bonkers. Anna Wintour's daughter Bee Shaffer challenged her on Tuesday, and with the 24 hr deadline, the Vogue editor just did hers.

Her young family members are the ones to pour the ice-water over Anna Wintour, and she challenges Roger Federer and Dominic West. Some have said she called out all the young ladies on the current Vogue cover, but that's not true.

Watch the Instagram clip below, and see the full video on Vogue's Facebook page. The children of course then get into water fights, LOL...

Posted in: , ,

Actor Charlie Sheen has joined the Ice Bucket Challenge, but instead of the usual bucket of ice water he showers himself with $10,000 in cash, which he said he would donate to the ALS foundation. In his video, released by TMZ, Charlie Sheen said;

"Let's face it. Ice is gonna melt, but this money is actually going to help people."

Sheen joins the ranks of some of the biggest names who have taken part in the challenge, including Oprah Winfrey, Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates.

Watch below as Oprah, Kevin Hart, Kerry Washington, LeBron James, Boris Kodjoe and Gabrielle Union take part in the #ALSIceBucketChallenge.

Oprah has been tagged by so many people, even I wanted to see her do it. Gabrielle Union covered her hair with a cap, "black girl style", but it was removed, LOL...

I think the funniest was Kevin Hart's, Boris Kodjoe and Lebron James give us some great eye candy, you just have to see them :)

40-Year-Old Man Dies Of Heart Attack After Ice Bucket Challenge

Posted in: , , ,

I wrote yesterday about Bill Gates taking up the Ice Bucket Challenge, but really the act may not be so fun and not for everyone [read here].

Forty-year-old Willis Tepania, a father from Kaitaia, reportedly died of a cardiac arrest, five hours after participating in the ice challenge, which also included consuming nearly a liter of bourbon.

Tepania, who took the ice challenge, and followed it up by gulping down almost one liter of Jim Beam bourbon on Saturday night, died of a heart attack, after five hours.

Tepania reportedly went asleep soon after the challenge. It was only several hours later that it came to the realisation of his family that he had suffered from a cardiac arrest.

Bill Gates Bathes Himself In Ice Water After Mark Zuckerberg Passes On ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Posted in: , , , ,

Bill Gates happily did the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge after Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg - the first Billionaire to pour ice water on his head for the charity - passed it on to him, LOL...

Everyone gets to challenge three people to do the ice shower, and Bill Gates has named Elon Musk, TED curator Chris Anderson, and Ryan Seacrest of E!
.
The NBA got in on the action when Basketballer, Stephen Curry got his teammates to join him in accepting the challenge, and then he passed it on to Barack Obama, Oprah, and NBA commissioner Adam Silver. I know I want to see Oprah do this.

Click below to see a video of Bill Gates and other billionaires including Jeff Bezos, Apple CEO Tim Cook, and Mark Zuckerberg get dunked in Ice Water, LOL...
